What is this practice board?
The practice boards were developed by Sally-Ann Lynch, a respected face paint artist and teacher. One side of the board has a rough finish so you can easily paint on it; the print is on the other side so it doesn't get damaged when you remove the paint. The board indicates which side to use for painting.
How to use the practice board
Paint on the board as if you were working on a real face. Remove the paint with water and a little washing-up liquid. If strong pigments remain, you can use a mild abrasive cleaner or a bit of toothpaste. Beyond practising, you can also use these boards to present your designs during bookings.
