How to use Ben Nye Neutral Set Powder?
Tap a small amount of powder into the lid or a separate dish. Pick it up with a powder brush, a Powder Puff or a soft brush. For a light matte finish, apply with gentle circular movements. For a more intense set or baking effect, press the powder firmly, wait about a minute, then dust off the excess.
