The Mehron Powder Puff Applicator Jumbo is a professional large round velour puff for setting cream make-up, greasepaint and bodypainting with loose or pressed powder. With a diameter of approximately 10.1 cm it is ideal for large body areas such as arms, shoulders, torso and legs. The ultra-soft velour texture presses powder evenly into the make-up without streaks or smears, even across larger surfaces.

What is the Mehron Powder Puff Applicator?

The soft velour layer on both sides picks up powder evenly and releases it in a controlled way onto the skin with a pressing motion. Unlike a brush, the puff really pushes the powder into the cream make-up or greasepaint for a firm set without shifting. The Powder Puff is reusable and available in two sizes: Jumbo at 10.1 cm (this variant) for larger body areas and Normal at 7.6 cm for facial work.

How do you use the Powder Puff?

For setting bodypainting and large areas: press the puff gently into Mehron Setting Powder or another loose setting powder. Tap off the excess onto a paper towel before placing the puff on the skin. Then press with light pressing movements onto the covered body parts to push the powder into the cream layer.

For StarBlend Cake Makeup on the body: dab the puff onto the pressed powder, tap off the excess and apply to arms, shoulders, torso or legs for a full, even coverage over large surfaces. Pro technique: always tap off the excess first before pressing the puff onto the skin. Too much powder on the puff gives a chalky, flaky finish. Build up in 2 layers rather than working with one heavy layer.

Care and cleaning

After use, tap the loose powder out of the puff onto a clean paper towel. Wash the puff regularly with warm water and a mild soap or gentle detergent. Squeeze out gently without wringing and leave to air dry. With proper care, a puff will last a long time.
