How to use the eyeliner
Give the bottle a short shake before use. Draw the line along your eyelid in one smooth stroke, from inner to outer corner. Let it dry completely before applying other products over it.
For a more intense look, build up with a second coat once the first has dried. Pair with a brown or copper eyeshadow for a warm brown smokey eye.
Setting and removal
