The Mehron Pencil Liner Black is a professional eye and brow pencil with a semi-soft kohl formula. The deep black pigment becomes smudge-resistant once set and keeps a fine point that you can sharpen as needed. Widely used in theatre, film and TV where precise line work has to hold up in close-up.
How to use Pencil Liner Black
Sharpen the pencil to a fine point and draw directly onto the waterline or eyelid. For brows, use short strokes in the direction of hair growth and blend with a brow brush.
For a softer, smudgy effect, blend the line immediately after application with a powder brush, cotton bud or your finger. The formula stays workable for a short time before it sets.
Removing
Remove with a make-up remover on an oil or water base. For stubborn residue, oil works best as it breaks down the wax easily. Rinse with water and a gentle cleanser.
