The Mehron Pencil Liner Dark Brown is a professional eye and brow pencil with a semi-soft Kohl formula. The rich dark brown pigment sets smudge-resistant and holds a fine point you can sharpen as needed. Widely used in theatre, film and TV where precise line work needs to stay sharp even in close-up.
How to use it
Sharpen to a fine point and draw directly onto the waterline or eyelid contour. For brows, use short strokes in the direction of hair growth and blend out with a brow brush.
For a softer, smudgy effect, blend the line immediately after application with a powder brush, cotton bud or your fingertip. The formula stays workable briefly before it sets.
Removing
Remove with a make-up remover on an oil or water base. For stubborn residue, oil works best, the wax formula releases easily with oil. Rinse with water and a gentle cleanser afterwards.
