What looks can you create with Slate Green 111?
Slate Green sits between a warm olive and a cool grey-green. That makes it ideal for creature work: dinosaurs, lizards, crocodiles, orcs and forest camouflage. Because the tone is already desaturated, you can use it straight as a full-face base without it looking too bright or artificial.
For SFX work it pairs well with darker browns and blacks to add depth to scales or weathered skin textures. Choose Slate Green when you need a natural, earthy green that reads as realistic rather than costume-bright.

How to use it
Activate the face paint with a slightly damp brush or sponge. For a brush: wet the tip, swirl over the paint and apply in thin layers. Pro tip: For a realistic dinosaur look, apply Slate Green as your full-face base, then add texture with a dry stipple sponge and dark brown or black over scales or creases. The grey undertone makes the shadows read naturally.
Setting and removing
Superstar dries quickly and stays put without a fixative under normal conditions. For longer events or warmer settings, a light setting spray extends the wear. To remove, use water and mild soap or a skin soap. For sensitive skin, the Wonder Towel with a little water works gently. Do not scrub and avoid baby wipes - these can irritate the skin.
