Diamond FX Splitcake Winter (30gr) - one stroke face paint wax-based

The Diamond FX Splitcake Winter (30gr) is a professional wax-based face paint with five cool winter shades in one cake: Metallic White, Essential Lavender, Essential Light Blue, Metallic Baby Blue and Metallic Blue. The wax base lets you build up layers without the colours immediately bleeding into each other. One stroke of your brush across the cake picks up all the colours at once. With 30gr you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the paint with a little clean water. Mist the surface lightly with a spray bottle, or use a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush. Drag a flat brush across all the colours in one stroke and the gradient appears automatically. Use a water container and refresh the water regularly to keep colours bright and clean.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for water-activated face paint with soft synthetic bristles that leave no fluff. For fine lines and detail work, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For larger areas, use a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water container with fresh water beside your station prevents the blue and lavender shades from turning dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or deep colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining from the deeper blue shades.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove with a mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores, which lets pigment sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Work the soap in gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the colour is gone.

Can you paint Diamond FX over other colours?
