Diamond FX Neon Green 30gr - wax-based face paint
The Diamond FX Neon Green 30gr is a professional wax-based face paint with a vibrant neon green colour that glows under UV/blacklight. The wax formula lets you build up layers without colours bleeding into each other. With this 30g pot you can paint 10 to 15 full faces.
Diamond FX Neon is hypoallergenic, gluten-free, and free from animal ingredients, parabens, fragrance and lanolin. The Neon range is skin-safety tested. Neon colours are special-effects pigments - use them for UV/blacklight effects and festivals, not for everyday cosmetic use. Browse all our Diamond FX Neon colours.

How to use Diamond FX face paint
Activate the paint with a small amount of clean water. Mist the surface of the paint with a spray bottle, or use a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush. Clean water keeps colours pure and bright - use a water pot and refresh it between colours.
Tips for a professional result
- Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for water-activated face paint with soft synthetic bristles that don't leave fibres behind. For detail work and lines, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
- Use the right sponge. For large areas, work with a Yellow Cosmetic Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for water-activated face paint.
- Keep your water clean. A water pot with fresh water next to your kit prevents colours from mixing or going dull.
- Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining from intense shades like neon green.
How to remove Diamond FX face paint
Remove with mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores and lets pigment sink in deeper - avoid it. Work the soap in gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all colour is gone.
For a faster, cleaner removal without scrubbing:
- Diamond FX Skin Soap - specially developed for removing Diamond FX face paint
- Remover Towel - a damp wipe that lifts the paint in one go, ideal at events and children's parties where you're painting many faces in a row

Frequently asked questions
Why are there sometimes small cracks in the face paint?
Large temperature swings during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, creating surface cracks. They usually disappear with use. There is no effect on quality or longevity.
Is Diamond FX Neon safe for children?
Yes, Diamond FX Neon is hypoallergenic, free from fragrance, parabens and lanolin, gluten-free and contains no animal ingredients. Neon is special-effects pigmentation and skin-safety tested, but not classified as FDA-cosmetic approved for everyday use - use it for UV/blacklight effects rather than daily cosmetic application. Always do a patch test 24 hours before use on sensitive skin.
How many faces can you paint with 30g?
A 30g pot covers approximately 10 to 15 full faces, depending on layer thickness and technique.
What is the difference between Essential, Metallic and Neon?
Essential is matte base face paint. Metallic has a glossy shimmer finish. Neon colours glow under UV/blacklight - Neon Blue, Violet and White are semi-transparent under regular light and only become vivid under UV/blacklight; the other Neon colours are opaque and vibrant under normal light too.
Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
Yes, that's one of its key strengths. The wax base and high pigmentation mean the top colour covers without the underlying colour showing through. Product photos are taken under professional daylight lamps without colour editing. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
