Diamond FX Essential White 45gr - wax-based face paint

The Diamond FX Essential White 45gr is a professional wax-based face paint known for its high pigmentation and strong coverage. The wax base lets you build up layers easily without colours bleeding or blending into each other. With this 45g pot you can paint 15 to 22 full faces.

How to use Diamond FX face paint

Activate the paint with a small amount of clean water. Mist the surface lightly using a spray bottle, or load a well-squeezed sponge or damp brush directly into the pot. Clean water keeps colours crisp and true - use a water bowl and refresh the water between colours.

Tips for a professional result

• Use the right brushes. The FBFX Face Paint Brushes are made specifically for face paint with soft synthetic hairs that won't shed. For detail work and linework, reach for the FBFX Round Face Paint Brushes.
• Use the right sponge. For large areas, work with a Yellow Face Paint Sponge. Latex foam sponges are not suitable for face paint.
• Keep your water clean. A water bowl with fresh water next to your workspace prevents colours from muddying or going dull.
• Barrier layer for sensitive skin or intense colours. Apply a thin layer of Marley Skin beforehand. This barrier makes removal easier and prevents staining when applying intense colours over the white base.

How to remove Diamond FX face paint

Remove the paint with mild, non-moisturising soap and cool to lukewarm water. Hot water opens the pores and lets pigment sink deeper into the skin - avoid it. Rub the soap in gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat until all the face paint is gone.

Why are there sometimes small cracks in the face paint?

Large temperature swings during storage or transport can cause the wax to expand and contract, creating surface cracks. They usually disappear as soon as you start using the paint. There is no effect on quality or shelf life.

Is Diamond FX safe for children?

Can you apply Diamond FX over other colours?
