What are Alcohol Wipes?

Alcohol Wipes are small, alcohol-soaked wipes for cleaning and disinfecting the skin. Each wipe is soaked in 70% isopropyl alcohol and measures 30 x 30 mm.

The wipes are individually wrapped. This keeps them clean and moist until you need them. There is no need to work separately with a bottle of alcohol and loose cotton pads or gauze.

Why choose these alcohol wipes?

When working with SFX and make-up, you regularly use products that adhere better to clean and grease-free skin. For example, when applying prosthetics or for other applications where a skin adhesive is used on the skin. With an alcohol wipe, you can first clean and degrease the small area of skin you are going to work on.

How do you use the Alcohol Wipes?

Tear open the individual packaging just before use and remove the alcohol wipe. Wipe it over the area of intact skin you want to clean and allow the alcohol to evaporate completely before continuing with your make-up or SFX product.

Use each wipe once and dispose of it afterwards. Avoid contact with the eyes and do not use the wipe on damaged or irritated skin.

These alcohol wipes are not intended for setting or removing face paint. They are intended for cleaning, degreasing and disinfecting small areas of the skin.

After cleaning, allow the skin to dry completely. You can then continue with the product you want to apply. To remove face paint, make-up, skin adhesive or prosthetics, use a remover suitable for the product you have used.
