What are Aricona Mini Sclera Black Coloured Contact Lenses 17mm?
The Mini Sclera Black are two soft 12-month lenses without prescription from the German brand Aricona. With a diameter of 17 millimetres, this lens covers more than a regular iris lens but is slightly easier to insert than a 22mm sclera. The black is fully opaque, ideal for characters with an empty or possessed gaze. Made in Korea via a multi-layer sandwich process, keeping the colour nicely opaque.

How do you use Aricona Mini Sclera Black Coloured Contact Lenses 17mm?
First wash your hands thoroughly with mild soap and dry them with a lint-free cloth. Sclera lenses are larger than regular coloured lenses, so take your time: briefly rinse both lenses with fresh Aricona contact lens solution, place the lens on your index finger and hold both eyelids wide open. Place the lens first under the upper eyelid and gently roll it down over your eye. Blink slowly so the lens settles into place. Start with short wearing sessions and build up gradually so your eyes can adjust.
Safe wear and storage
Sclera lenses require extra care: wear them for a maximum of 2 to 3 hours at a time and stop immediately if you experience irritation, dryness or blurred vision. Clean your lenses after each use by gently massaging them in contact lens solution and store them in a clean lens case that you refresh weekly. Use the larger Aricona contact lens solution 360ml for daily care and the 60ml pack for on the go. Have a compatibility test done at your optician or optometrist before first use.
