Which brush for which job?

Most brushes are loaded wet: wet them in your FBFX Water Tank, wipe the tip against the rim and pull the bristles through your splitcake or water-based face paint. The Monique duo works differently: you use it dry, with powder. Each type has its own job:

• Anna 1 and 2: long continuous lines, flowing curls and mystic lines, in one stroke without reloading.
• Linda 2 and 3: your base brushes for lines, drops and small details. Roll the brush lightly to keep the tip sharp.
• Simone ⅝ and ¾: one-stroke designs like rainbows, roses and flowers. Load several colours side by side and pull in one smooth stroke.
• Poem 2: wide, flat petals. Use it flat for full petals, on its edge for narrow accents.
• Jerry ½: blending soft transitions and painting tiger stripes with the rounded filbert tip.
• Monique 1 and 2: use this duo dry. Monique 1 places powder, contour or highlight precisely, Monique 2 blends and softens. According to Monique, also ideal for creating texture and for special effects.

Rinse your wet brushes well before moving to another colour, so your colours stay clean. Clean the Monique powder brushes regularly with mild soap and water and let them dry flat, bristles pointing down.
