How to use
Activate Paradise Makeup AQ Vulcan, Red with a small amount of water and apply with a face paint brush or face paint sponge. Tips for the best results:
- Start with a small amount of water to activate the paint
- Check the glow effect under UV light - daylight shows a different colour than blacklight
- Use Mehron Barrier Spray before or after application for longer wear
- Remove with water and soap; neon pigments may slightly stain, so a make-up remover can help
