How to apply
Activate Paradise Makeup AQ Celestial with a small amount of water and apply with a face paint brush or face paint sponge. For the best results:
- Use just a little water to activate the paint
- Test under UV light to check the glow - daylight gives a different impression
- Apply Mehron Barrier Spray before or after painting for extra staying power and less transfer
- Remove with water and soap; neon pigments can leave a faint tint, so a make-up remover may help
